Our Story

2010

THE BEGINNING

Started operations with MEP consultancy and civil contracts. Built a strong technical foundation in engineering services and execution support across projects.

2013

EXPANSION INTO CONTRACTING

Started MEP contracting and began working closely with builders and corporate clients. Strengthened project coordination and on-site execution capabilities.

2016

FIRST TURNKEY PROJECT

Successfully delivered the first complete turnkey project. Expanded into full interior designing and integrated project execution services.

2020

INSTITUTIONAL & HEALTHCARE PROJECTS

Executed major institutional and hospital projects, including Covid care centres. Established strong expertise in healthcare infrastructure planning

2023

IN-HOUSE ARCHITECTURAL PROJECTS

Delivered architectural projects under the GR Associates brand and established the GR Associates office. Strengthened design-to-execution capabilities.

2025
